01. Structure /
House Frame
Included in the price:
450 €/m²
The price is indicative. The final cost is calculated individually.
The foundation of your future home. Authentic Canadian log construction. Handcrafted workmanship. Carefully selected Carpathian timber.
Included in the price:
- log structure manufactured according to the project
- hand processing of every log
- Canadian saddle-notch log construction
- natural insulation between the logs
- preparation of window and door openings
- engineered log-settling systems
- test assembly of the structure
- Not included: foundation and delivery.
02. Structure / House Frame with Roofing
Included in the price:
800 €/m²
The price is indicative. The final cost is calculated individually.
A weather-protected building envelope. A complete timber structure with a professionally installed roofing system.
Included in the price:
- timber house structure
- installation of the main roofing elements (roofing type selected by the client)
- gutter and drainage system
- preparation of the house for the next stage of construction
- insulation from 150 mm and waterproofing

03. Turnkey House
Included in the price:
1200 €/m²
The price is indicative. The final cost is calculated individually.
A fully finished living space. From the first log to the moment you open the door to your own home.
Everything included in the turnkey house:
- timber house structure
- roofing with soffit lining and gutter system
- doors and windows
- interior walls
- flooring — tiles in wet areas, engineered wood flooring in rooms
- electrical installation (rough wiring), electrical provisions and outlets
- sewage and water supply systems (provisions and outlets)
- sanding of interior and exterior walls, two coats of paint
- sealing between the logs with a special sealant
- Not included:
- foundation and delivery
- plumbing and electrical fixtures
- heating equipment and furniture
Every house is unique. So is its price.
The price per square metre provides a general reference, but the final cost depends on the architecture, log diameter and timber volume, complexity of the log work, roofing solutions, engineering systems, and selected specification.
